The Aerosol, Clouds and Trace Gases Research Infrastructure (ACTRIS) is organizing a Science Conference in Rennes, France, from 13 to 16 May 2024. The conference aims to bring together the atmospheric science community to discuss the latest discoveries. Anna Franck will contribute to this conference with a poster titled ‘Multi-scheme chemical ionization inlet, MION2, for fast reagent ion switching in atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry (CIMS)’. She will present this poster on Tuesday from 17.00 to 19.30 as part of the session ‘Innovative technologies and methodologies for atmospheric probing.’ Anna will also be co-chairing this session with oral contributions on Wednesday.
Karsa’s CEO, HJ Jost, will be attending the 72nd Annual Conference of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry in Anaheim, California. The conference will take place from 2 to 6 June 2024 and is expected to have more than 6,000 attendees. HJ will present a poster “Detecting chemical threats with minimal sample preparation and without chromatographic separation‘’ , and the exact program details will be available later.
After the Midsommer celebrations in Finland, HJ will also attend the 13th Annual Workshop on Trace Explosives and Drug Detection (TEDD), which will take place from 24 to 28 June in Dublin, Ireland. HJ will share the latest updates about Karsa’s Scenthound system and rapid explosives and drug screening. The detailed program will be published later.
